Olive oil, is described in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, as an oily ointment base. It is also used for skin care because it is effective in the prevention of dryness in the skin and mucous membranes.
In this study, methyl behenate in acetone was analyzed using a packed column in accordance with the Purity Test (2) Peanut oil.

Siliceous soil supports, Chromosorb series and Uniport series were compared, with no significant differences found in peak shape between the two carriers, and excellent results are reported.
