1) To prolong column life time, use them within pH range of eluent as above.
2) When using at pH 1-2 or pH 9-10, analysis at low temperature is recommended. The eluent containing organic solvent such as methanol is recommended.
3) The column lifetime varies greatly depending on conditions such as the pH, temperature, and solvent composition used.
- For analysis at pH 1-2, the use of TFA, formic acid, acetic acid, phosphate, etc. is recommended.
- It is recommended that organic buffers (e.g., triethylamine) of about 5 mM be used for the assay in pH 10.
- Use in the pH range of 2 to 8 when analyzing only buffer solution containing no organic solvent.
