SUMICHIRAL OA Series

Sorbents used in SUMICHIRAL OA are chemically bonded to silica gel with various optically active compounds and are classified into amide and urea types based on their chemical structures. The amide type has an asymmetric carbon directly attached to the -CONH- group, and the urea type has an asymmetric carbon directly attached to the- NHCONH- group. OA-5000 - OA-6100 is a ligand-exchanged optically active stationary phase coated on ODS silica.

Features

A wide variety of products allow direct resolution of a wide range of optical isomers
The high performance silica gel substrate is used, and the column efficiency is high
It has a long lifetime because it is a chemical bond type
The elution order of the optical isomers can be reversed
Large loads are optimal for preparative optical resolution
